NICK Knowles has shared a major update on his Strictly Come Dancing future after being forced to pull out of the contest last weekend. It will only be then when his rehearsals have been assessed that Nick will finally be given a decision on if he and Luba will be able to perform again this weekend. Speaking today, Nick said: “Each day gets a little bit better. “On Friday, it looked pretty bad to be honest. “Saturday was not so good but I got a scan and so we decided to wait until Monday so we could have a look at that. “Monday was a little bit stronger and today I got the see the physio’s and I’ve had help from all the rehab and physio’s and doctors and they have given me clearance to try and dance tomorrow to train. “If I train tomorrow then it might not necessarily be the end of it.” Janette then clarified that Nick will be given a final decision on Friday if he can remain in the contest after assessments regarding his training session on Thursday have been made. Nick then said: “We will see how I do tomorrow and that is all we can say at the moment.” His pro partner Luba then said: “Tomorrow we will try and we will go gentle and see what we can do and what we can’t and then adjust it.” Branding the outcome of the day “massive”, Nick and Luba further revealed that if they are able to take to the dancefloor this Saturday they will be performing their planned routine for last week, a Charleston based on the iconic children’s character Paddington Bear.
