Marcello, 34, currently works as a youth mentor in East London and has said he wants to challenge himself in the house. He admitted: “I applied to test myself and see where I could take my new found confidence and the love I have for the world.” Speaking in an interview with OK! magazine, he also revealed another previous occupation as he highlighted the sides of himself he’ll show in the house. He told the publication: “I used to be a chef so I’m looking forward to cooking for people. “I end up being a shoulder for people to lean on a lot because I’m genuinely caring. “So I think I’m going to bring a lot of love, positivity and crazy, fun moments full of banter.” Marcello’s appearance in the Big Brother house comes as the ITV launch show saw 16 new housemates move into the Big Brother house. However not everyone was pleased to see the social experiment reality TV show back, as some viewers were less than impressed with the amount of ad breaks during the show.
