The film which is due to be released in 2026, also stars German actress Sandra Huller, fresh from her Oscar-nominated turn in Anatomy of a Fall. Gosling who began his career aged 12 on Disney’s The Micky Mouse Club alongside popstars Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera and Justin Timberlake, is currently Hollywood’s hottest actor. The Canadian-born star gained mainstream recognition with 2004’s The Notebook and he has since landed a number of high profile movie roles. His biggest credits include Drive, The Ides of March, The Place Beyond the Pines, The Big Short and La La Land. Starring opposite Emma Stone, La La Land brought Ryan him critical acclaim, with the musical landing him an Oscar nomination for Best Actor.
