We can all manifest the GC lifestyle. “Nobody gave me a pound, I did it all myself. I haven’t stopped working but I wouldn’t have it any other way. “People who say ‘she’s flash, she’s this, she’s that’ – darling, I’ve worked hard for everything I’ve got.
