Former OnlyFans star Lauren Pisciotta, who had previously sued the rapper for alleged stalking and sexual harassment, has updated her lawsuit

A former employee of the US musician and fashion designer Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, has filed a lawsuit accusing him of drugging and sexually assaulting her at a party he co-hosted together with Sean Combs, also known as P Diddy, according to legal documents obtained by the New York Post.

The suit against West comes amid a major Hollywood sex scandal focused on Combs, a 54-year-old three-time Grammy award winner, who has been charged with racketeering and sex trafficking and faces over 100 additional sexual misconduct allegations, including against minors, dating back to the early 1990s.

Pisciotta’s fresh accusations against Ye follow claims she made of wrongful termination, stalking and “serial” sexual harassment in a lawsuit filed in June.

In the latest suit submitted to Los Angeles Superior Court on October 8, Lauren Pisciotta, who served as a personal assistant for West from 2021 through 2022, reportedly says she was invited to a gathering at a Santa Monica recording studio years before on an unspecified date.

At the party, co-hosted by Combs and a female music artist Pisciotta was working with at the time, West allegedly told the guests that they had to drink or leave the event. The plaintiff “suddenly started to feel disoriented… and began to slip into an altered and highly impaired state” shortly after taking a few sips, the news outlet cites the court papers as saying.

Pisciotta says she could not remember the events of the evening, but the following day felt “ashamed and embarrassed,” while her female musician client, who was not identified in the documents, “was too traumatized and disturbed to speak about the night.”

According to the filing, the plaintiff “could not recall and was certainly not aware that any kind of sexual assault had happened to her or her former client,” but she was “more concerned” with whether she had embarrassed herself in front of her client or West. The filing also revealed that it was not until before West fired Pisciotta that he confessed they had “hooked up” after she was drugged.

The “wildly devastating and uncomfortable” revelation allegedly came after Pisciotta offered to send a text message to an unnamed woman referred to as West’s ex-wife, a reference to Kim Kardashian. The complainant claims she suggested texting the rapper’s ex to dissuade her from the belief that West cheated on her with Pisciotta after he mentioned that Kardashian had made a negative comment about her.

The new allegations come four months after Pisciotta filed a wrongful termination and sexual harassment lawsuit against West. Pisciotta’s initial claims, which are reportedly included in the updated version of the suit, allege that the rapper sent inappropriate texts to her, shared his sexual fantasies with her and sent her X-rated photos and videos of himself having sex with other women.
