Liam Gallagher and his brother Noel Gallagher have an infamously rocky relationship but they have put their issues aside for the Oasis reunion tour but there is one thing he is ‘scared’ about.

Taking to X earlier today, Liam, 52, didn’t hold back when replying to a fan’s tweet about his relationship with Noel, 57, which claimed the media contributed to their estrangement.

‘RESPEK [sic],’ Liam wrote in response to the post before admitting he has fears around doing interviews in anticipation for the upcoming Oasis reunion tour due to questions that may be asked about the brothers’ relationship.

‘We don’t want to do interviews coz we’re scared of the media asking us intrusive questions and trying to pick holes in our relationship,’ he wrote.

The singer, who has performed as a solo artist since 2017, also responded to a fan who admitted they were ‘still waiting’ for a press conference about the band’s reunion in which their original guitarist Paul ‘Bonehead’ Arthurs will also participate.

‘They ain’t getting 1’, Liam wrote. He elaborated further on why a press conference won’t be called and interviews won’t take place, telling another fan that he ‘can’t be a**ed’.

Liam has also spoken candidly on X about the current state of his relationship with Noel after a fan asked if he was still going to ‘tweet s**t’ about his brother.

‘Nope it’s all done peace has prevailed he’s the man I can’t wait to be on stage with him blowing him kisses in between each song’, he wrote.

Oasis announced their reunion tour in August, 15 years after the last performance together, which took place at V Festival and was a part of their Dig Out Your Soul tour.

Tickets for the 17 shows went on sale soon after and sold out within 10 hours of hitting the Ticketmaster website, but quickly came under fire due to the catastrophic deployment of the ticket retailer’s dynamic pricing system.

This saw some fans paying as much as £355 per ticket – up from an already expensive £135.

With reports more than 14 million people were trying to get their hands on tickets, plenty missed out. Thankfully, they will get another chance to try their luck after the English rock band announced a new series of dates earlier this week.

While already performing in the UK, Canada, US, Mexico, South Korea, Japan, Australia, Brazil, Chile and Argentina, it was revealed on Monday that they are adding an Australian leg to their tour with shows in Sydney and Melbourne in October and November 2025.

Announcing the latest additions, the Don’t Look Back in Anger singers said: ‘People of the land down under. You better run – you better take cover… We are coming. You are most welcome.’

The band will play on Friday, October 13 in Marvel Stadium, Melbourne, and on Friday, November 7 in Accor Stadium, Sydney.

Oasis also reassured fans that dynamic pricing will not be applied to the upcoming sale.
