But it does much more than play your favourite shows.

The LG StanbyME Go is a touch screen so you can enjoy games on it too.

It features a built-in three hour battery so you can use the device wherever you are when you don’t have a power source.

So you could take it inside or outside while camping, on a holiday, to a friend’s place or just about anywhere.

There’s even safe storage for the product’s remote control and power cable.

Owners can tilt the screen to adjust their viewing angle and rotate it 90 degrees from landscape to portrait and back.

The height can be changed too at up to 18cm or put it in Table mode falt within the lower part of the case.

Table mode allows users to play a selection of digital board games, with classics like chess among others.

LG StanbyME Go is also pretty tough having been verified through US military-grade testing – though it’s not waterproof.

Voice recognition tech can be used to launch apps, adjust sound and carry out searches hands-free.

But the LG StanbyME Go doesn’t come cheap.

The flashy gizmo will set you back about £1,199.
