TV star Eleanor Tomlinson has announced she is expecting her first child with husband Will Owen.

The 32-year-old actress, who rose to prominence thanks to her career-making turn as Demelza in the hit BBC historical dramas series Poldark, shared the news on Instagram on Sunday.

‘Can’t wait to meet you, little one,’ she wrote alongside a black and white photograph of a babygrow emblazoned with ‘Baby Owen’.

She laid out a matching pair of little newborn booties and a hat with bear ears alongside it.

Eleanor tied the knot with her rugby player husband Will in 2022.

Several pals rushed to congratulate the couple, including Bridgerton actress Nicola Coughlan and former Strictly Come Dancing champion Rose Ayling-Ellis.
