A DELETED video filmed by a Celtic supporter who was assaulted by German police sees him brand the officers “Nazis” in a shocking rant.

Leigh Kelly was manhandled by German police at his side’s match against Borussia Dortmund on Tuesday after being told to hand over the Palestine flag he was carrying.

The 43-year-old has said he was kept in a “holding cell” in Dortmund’s Signal Iduna Park for the duration of the game and was eventually let go after paying a €450 fine.

However, in the time following the altercation, the outspoken Palestine supporter filmed a rage-induced video of himself documenting the officers’ actions, branding them “Nazi German b****rds”.

The footage shows Leigh apparently sitting in a cell in the stadium, ranting and raving against the German police and protesting their actions.

He leans against a brick wall as the noise of the football match in the background rumbles on – which would eventually end in a humbling 7-1 defeat for Celtic

Leigh says: “So, I had a flag, and these Nazi German b****rds have f***ing took the flag off me.

“They sat me here for forty-five minutes, I missed the game, all because they cannot take the genocide that they caused back in the day against the Jews and they’re wanting to back the Israelis up.

“F**k the Israelis, f**k the Nazis and f**k everybody that wants to go with them, c***s.”

Leighs fuming rant – whilst originally posted to his account with the caption “When in the cells. Nazi German f***s” – was later deleted from his social media page for unspecified reasons but has resurfaced thanks to a screen recording taken by a fellow user.

The footage was shared this morning with the caption: “Did Leigh Kelly think he had deleted this post?”

The recovered video of Leigh’s offensive rant has received over 50 likes and more than 20 comments from social media users.

One user wrote: “When the cops had a hold of him, he literally had his hands up. Talking to himself he thinks he is something of a hard man.”

Another added: “Pound shop Tommy Sheridan.”

A third replied: “Why go to Germany if you feel this badly about them? I’ll bet he’s a big fan of Brexit.”

Another commented: “In reality everyone seen him nearly crying when the police had a hold of him.”

A fifth said: “He’s the lucky one, missed his team’s humiliation.”
