One eyewitness said they heard a “loud bang” when the car smacked into the property with the family inside at the time of the crash. The children use the outdoor area to play on a daily basis. Some toys belonging to kids were left on the driveway and had even been damaged in the crash. Nearby residents who heard about the collision said the dead-end road had recently become regularly used as a turning spot for visitors to a nearby religious school. And they said parents picking up their kids from the academy had particularly made use of the private driveways for U-turns. They said: “Nobody has been recruited to do anything. There are no wardens on duty.
