The Chase star leaves fans stunned as he takes X-rated swipe at his fellow quizzers --[Reported by Umva mag]

But it was his jokes on stage that really got people talking. Paul, who works as a comedian when not showing off his general knowledge on telly, told the crowd: “A special welcome to those of you who are in full-time employment, because you won’t have a clue who I am. So allow me to introduce myself. Yes, my name is Paul Sinha but I’m better known as The Sinnerman. “It’s a s**t nickname. It means nothing. I don’t mind, I feel I’ve dodged a bullet given the names of the other Chasers — The Governess, The Vixen, The Menace, The Beast and The Dark Destroyer. “I’m the only Chaser who’s not named after a sex toy. I have to tell you that hours of research went into that joke.” Dressed in a floral suit, he went on to talk about diversity and inclusion before making a joke about Sir Keir Starmer and the freebies scandal in the Labour Party. It just says: ‘Can you buy me some clothes please?’.” But there was one quip that probably won’t go down well with his employers at ITV. Matt: No to more X Factor

Former X Factor winner Matt Terry said he does not want to see the show back on UK screens[/caption]

He may have won The X Factor in 2016 but Matt Terry doesn’t want to see it back on screens.

The singer said: “It’s not good for people and their mental health. I’m strong and I know how I dealt with it.

“You go in there and you’re built up. I was a waiter and I’d never done any of this stuff and you’re thrust in.

“If it comes back I just hope they put psychological care in.”

It was his first Attitude Awards since coming out in March and he will release an EP next month inspired by his first gay relationship, which has now ended.

On what his ex will think of the songs, he said: “There are some on there that I’m not sure he’ll be that happy with.

“But I want to tell my story and I hope it will help others.”

One former Strictly Come Dancing star was left a little miffed when someone ate their dessert at the bash.

They were busy chatting as the third course was brought around to guests, which led someone else on their table to think it was going spare.

Their tablemate took a second helping of the chocolate cake with pear compote and chocolate crisps, only for the star to return and throw a strop over the missing pudding.

Lulu still a tour de force

There’s simply no stopping Lulu after she extended what was supposed to be her farewell tour.

The Shout singer, who received the Honorary Gay award, said: “I am not retiring, that’s for sure.

“My tour starts on my birthday and somebody said to me, ‘Aw, that’s a shame’.

“I said, ‘No. At my age? It’s great that I can work’.”

Telly ho, Jordan

Jordan North skipped the after-party to stay fresh for filming a pilot for a new TV show[/caption]

Jordan North hasn’t been on TV much since he finished second on I’m A Celeb four years ago, but that’s about to change.

The broadcaster, who earlier this year left Radio 1 to take over the Capital Breakfast Show, is launching a telly career with pal William Hanson, his co-host on hit podcast Help I Sexted My Boss.

The pair were yesterday shooting a pilot episode for a new show so Jordan skipped the after-party to stay fresh.

He said of the pilot: “It’s something we’ve been working on for a while and we’re really happy with it. Hopefully it will get signed off. Things were a bit quiet because I’ve been focusing on Capital for the last six months – we launched the show in April and I’ve been focusing on that. So now I’m trying other stuff.”

He added: “I can’t act, can’t sing, can’t dance. But as long as I’m on the radio, I’m happy. I love being on the radio every day.”

Yet he reckons his radio gig is not unlike telly, with cameras often on him for live streams and social media.

He said: “They’re filming constantly. I put tinted moisturiser on every morning.”
