Aaron Taylor-Johnson cuddles ‘babygirl’ stepdaughter in rare photo as she turns 18 --[Reported by Umva mag]

Aaron Taylor-Johnson has surprised fans as he shared a sweet birthday image with his stepdaughter as she turns 18.

The actor, 34, who has been widely pipped to be the next James Bond, surprised fans on Tuesday night with a sweet family image.

Wishing his stepdaughter a happy birthday, the actor shared an image of himself cuddled up to her as a baby, and a more recent picture as a new adult.

The caption of the image read: ‘with the caption ‘Happy Birthday Babygirl, 18 now…still my babygirl.’

Fans were surprised to see the pair together who have just a 16-year age gap and are actually closer in age than Aaron and his wife, director Sam Taylor-Johnson, 57.

In fact, the Fall Guy star actually has four daughters. His wife Sam has two daughters from a previous relationship, Angelica aged 26, and Jessie aged 18.

The couple also has two more daughters together, Wylda, 13, and Romy, 12.

Speaking about fatherhood Aaron has previously told Rolling Stone UK that it becomes your job to be their ‘role model’.

‘You realise it’s your job to protect the purest, most innocent thing that’s come into the world.

‘And it’s your duty to be their role model. You are going to be reflected in their choices later on in life, from who their partners are to how they carry themselves in the world.’

In an interview with Esquire, the actor also commented: ‘I was going to have a big family. I knew I was going to be a young father. I knew I was going to have many kids.’

The actor is fiercely guarded when it comes to his family, in the same interview with Esquire he said: ‘I’ve probably talked to you more about my kids and Sam than I have with anybody. I’ve got really nothing to hide, and I’m secure in what we have. But I’m not going to unlock things that are actually precious to me.’

Sam, who directed the first Fifty Shades of Grey film, told The Guardian in April that her children don’t face any backlash because of their parents’ age gap.

‘Not really. Or, if so, I don’t think they care. They see two loving, happy parents, so it doesn’t really register. They just think people are a bit mean, or mad.’

She emphasised that they’ve been married for 12 years and together for 14 and added: ‘So, if you think of it in that way, then the age gap doesn’t really make any difference.’
