Co-owner Kasia Neilson commented: “We’ve been overwhelmed with the support from locals and customers since we opened in April, with multiple requests for an evening service.”

The human menu includes dishes such as wood pigeon breast with barley risotto and rump of lamb with red pepper coulis.

The dog-friendly menu features peanut biscuits, seasonal meatballs, and doggy wine.

Sip & Bark recently secured a £75,000 loan from the Investment Fund for Scotland to support its expansion.

Mark Sterritt of the British Business Bank said: “The concept is incredibly creative, and access to finance is key to supporting businesses like Sip & Bark.”

Bookings for the Supper Club are now open, and with limited seating, customers are encouraged to secure their spots early.
